What you should know before purchasing
- Setup fees are one-time: $499 for CRM Essentials, $999 for both Lead Generator plans.
- CRM usage is billed separately on every plan — phone numbers, calls, text messages, email sends and AI usage are charged based on actual consumption. See CRM usage rates.
- Ad spend is never included. Package prices cover the management of your Facebook, Instagram and Google campaigns — the budget paid to the ad platforms is yours and separate.
- Lead Response Agent hours: both Lead Generator plans include 20 hours/week; you can double it to 40 hours/week for $699/month.
- Anything outside these packages can be done at $39/hour.
